Karen joined MSU Technologies as Agreement and Compliance Coordinator in May 2017. She works with the Executive Management Team and Technology Managers to execute licenses, options, and interinstitutional agreements, and also monitors compliance of licensees, royalty reporting and other obligations.
Prior to joining MSU, she was an attorney in private practice, and worked in real estate development. She also obtained her Certified Flight Instructor Certificate while enjoying the aerial views of the Midwest. Karen holds a B.A. in History from Wheaton College, and a J.D. from Western Michigan University. She is a member of the State Bar of Michigan.
