Anupam joined MSU Technologies as a technology manager in August 2019. He manages technologies in the Life Science areas from their initial disclosure through IP prosecution, marketing and execution of license agreements.
Anupam started his career in technology transfer as an intern at Cornell University where he assisted the management of institutional IP. Shortly after, he moved to Stony Brook University where he managed inventions in a wide variety of life science discipline, including chemistry, imaging, medical devices, immunology and infectious diseases.
Anupam completed his postdoctoral training with Dr. Tobias Hohl at Memorial Sloan Kettering Cancer Center where he studied the role of immune cells during fungal infections. Anupam has a PhD in infectious diseases and a Master’s degree in Biomedical Sciences from Delhi, India. He is a member of Association of University Technology Managers (AUTM).
