Tina joined MSU Business Connect in 2012. Tina works with MSU’s faculty, department and unit program administration, MSU regulatory offices, MSU-T, and the Associate Directors of Business Connect in the negotiation and drafting of clinical trial and industry-sponsored research agreements to ensure contractual terms are fairly represented and in compliance with applicable MSU policy. Tina is the primary contact for industry-sponsored fee-for-service agreements.
Prior to working at MSU Business Connect, Tina was the senior Contract Manager at the City of Lansing for federal, state and local human services and housing grants funding. Prior to her 8 years at the City of Lansing, Tina worked in the Washtenaw County, Michigan area for 10 years in contract management and the development of government public policy within the workforce development regulatory and human services industries, respectively.
Tina holds a Bachelor of Arts in Political Science and a Bachelor of Arts in Sociology from the University of Michigan. She completed her Master of Public Administration at Eastern Michigan University. Tina was an honors scholar and a 2003 graduate of Thomas M. Cooley Law School, and thereafter received her Master certification in contract management from The George Washington University.
