As a Certified Human Resources Administrator, Janelle' Flores provides support in employee hiring, recruiting, development and retention, as well as providing support to the executive management team. In addition to processing and monitoring incoming and outgoing financial transactions, she manages departmental account activity, and directs both Human Resource and financial actions within the MSU Enterprise Business System. From understanding the latest University policies and steering best practices, to integrating new team members seamlessly and always knowing the best places for lunch, JAnelle' holds a much-appreciated seat at the center of MSU Technologies.
Janelle’ began her career at MSU Technologies in March of 2007 as receptionist and assistant to the technology managers. While in this position, she processed invention disclosure forms, arranged meetings with faculty and graduate students, and helped technology managers prepare presentations and evaluate metrics.
